Rent-to-Own Program

Our program provides a simple, affordable path to container ownership while allowing you to benefit from secure storage and convenient access throughout the length of the Rent-to-Own Program.

 

Your container will remain located securely at Fortress Storage Solutions for the duration of the program.

 

There are no delivery, set-up, leveling, administration, or other hidden fees associated with our program.

The down payment and monthly payments outlined above represent the complete cost of the Rent-to-Own Agreement, plus applicable GST.

What's Included:

• 20Ft or 40Ft Storage Container

• Access to our monitored, secure and gated storage facility from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily

• Monthly Storage

• Secure Lock

Upon Completion of the Rent-to-Own term, ownership of the container will be transferred to you. You may relocate the container, or continue storing the container securely at Fortress Storage Solutions at a cost of $100.00 per month plus GST on a month-to-month basis.

Down Payment: $500.00 plus GST

Monthly Payment: $400.00 plus GST
